I spent nearly 15 years in public safety and healthcare across South Central Pennsylvania: training 911 communications staff, reviewing patient care records for a hospital system's quality assurance program, and managing compliance for a state-contracted healthcare initiative. None of that work forgives a missed deadline or a misfiled document, and neither does yours.

I also bring something most legal VAs don't have: I've stood on the other side of the court process myself. For more than two years I've been a self-represented party in an active Pennsylvania civil case, personally filing petitions, e-filing through the county court system, and working directly within the PA Rules of Civil Procedure from intake to hearing. I know what a clerk's office expects from a filing, what a deadline actually feels like from the inside, and how a case file needs to be organized so nothing gets missed. That's not theory. It's hours spent doing it.
